Market Development Manager
Tasman joined Dattner Grant in early 2016 and is one of the first dedicated market development assets to join the Dattner Grant business. Starting his career in business to business sales out of University in 2008 Tasman has since worked in direct sales, sales management and sales recruitment. Tasman brings a combination of disciplined business development activity and sales management experience to increase the reach of Dattner Grant and their consulting partners into industries of speciality. He also acts as a driver of new Dattner Grant product and service offerings into markets previously untapped.
While continuing to provide strategic advice and action on different market development activities Tasman will further develop his coaching and facilitation skills. After five years of intensive sales management and team leadership Tasman’s hands on experience provides a good bedrock on which to add diagnostic accreditations and facilitation. His focus on commercial outcomes for partner organisations ensures he creates clear linkages for clients between the leadership development initiatives they invest in and the performance outcomes in their business.
