Despite women being in the workforce in equal numbers to men, their representation at the senior levels of organisations - government, corporate and community - is still sorely lacking.

Dattner Grant has a commitment to providing women with the skills and insights to empower them to be more masterful in their roles, whatever they may be, and to be confident in taking the next steps in their careers.

Our Women in Leadership program - six two-day modules, plus a graduation, over six months - has been successfully run with hundreds of women from around Australia: owner/operators of SMEs, senior leaders and middle managers from a variety of corporations, government departments and community organisations. 

This program can be run in-house in its full format, or the content can be adapted as necessary to suit any organisation's needs.
