The Hard Talks program equips leaders with a collection of pragmatic and easily accessible, yet sophisticated, techniques to manage difficult interactions. The process of a high-stakes engagement is broken down into before, during and after. Using scenarios and carefully designed language patterns, Dattner Grant will equip participants to effectively manage the difficult conversations with staff, peers and managers that have at times been avoided and at other times poorly handled.
