Visibility is a core module of Dattner Grant’s Compass leadership program for women. Too often, talented women have little voice or struggle to feel heard. They can lack influence in certain situations, yet have a wealth of insight and experience to share and leadership potential.
Our Visibility program helps participants build their voice and be more visible both to themselves and in professional and public contexts, in a way that feels congruent and ties to their own purpose and values. This is less about common concepts like public speaking and personal branding (though these are relevant components of the program) and more about understanding why and how they want to be more visible as a pathway to achieving their broader goals and vision.
