The statistics tell part of the story: 50% of university graduates are women, but less than 16% of c-suite positions are held by women; 50% of the population are women, but their voices make up only 10% of voices in the media. Yet women outperform men in 12 of 16 key leadership capabilities and are found to have a greater legacy mindset, can be more trusted with assets, and are more collaborative; crucial skills in every sphere.
Through Compass, we seek to take the qualities and thinking styles that women tend to bring to leadership and amplify them, by equipping women with deeper self-awareness and the practical tools they need to recognise their potential and step forward into courageous, impactful leadership. We offer public programs – open to women at all levels, ages and walks of life – as well as in-house organisational and industry-specific programs.
