For the past 30 years, I’ve either been leading people, or helping others who lead people, to do it better. I do this through individual and team Executive coaching and strengths-based leadership development. I’m also proud to be on the leadership team of the Homeward Bound Project, a 10-year initiative to equip a 1000-strong global collaboration of women in science to lead, influence and contribute to policy as it informs the future of our planet.
