I have been working as a coach in one capacity or another for nearly my entire career. First, cutting my teeth managing sales teams, I quickly learned I had a particular flair for dynamic and different team processes, individual coaching and personal change. I remember coming across my first individual, team and organisational development tools over a decade ago and thinking them the most amazing programs. The tools we employ these days are infinitely more sophisticated, impactful and pragmatic, and my passion for, and ability to utilise, them has continued to develop.
These days, I work with Dattner Grant as a coach and facilitator. I also consult with them on business development strategy and implementation, supporting the business as it continues its incredible evolution and growth. When Dattner Grant first came to market 20 years ago, the messages around culture and amplifying the voice of the people to drive the organisation, were nearly unheard-of. Now, in 2017, the business is again poised to bring deeply needed services and thought leadership to support organisations and individuals to create the sort of businesses and world that we all want to live in.
